About us

volunTECH is a groundbreaking European project designed to revolutionize youth volunteering through digital and technological innovation. By empowering young volunteers and youth organizations, volunTECH aims to promote civic values, social entrepreneurship, and inclusivity. With a focus on digital tools, training, and certification, we create opportunities to connect, engage, and inspire young people across Europe to contribute to a more inclusive and socially responsible society.

Objectives

volunTECH is committed to transforming youth volunteering by integrating digital tools and technological solutions. Our main objective is to strengthen and expand the European digital volunteering movement, ensuring that young people and volunteer organizations have the necessary resources to thrive in an increasingly digital world.

To achieve this, volunTECH focuses on:

  • Enhancing youth engagement in digital volunteering by providing training and opportunities that make volunteering more accessible, inclusive, and flexible.

  • Developing structured training programs and quality certification to formally recognize the skills and competencies acquired through volunteering, increasing young people’s employability and professional development.

  • Promoting social entrepreneurship by equipping young people with the tools and knowledge to create digital volunteering initiatives that generate social impact.

  • Creating an interactive platform to connect volunteers with organizations, making it easier to match skills with needs and fostering collaboration across Europe.

  • Encouraging cross-border and inclusive volunteering experiences, ensuring that digital volunteering opportunities reach diverse youth communities, including those facing geographical, economic, or social barriers.
